The immutable law of sales states that until you become a Unicorn, you are going to have to sell yourself, your product and your ideals. Unicorns are so far down the innovation path, that though they may be great salespeople, they don't have to market the benefits of who they are because people already know who they are. The solutions they create make them magnets.
Even the master worthy of praise must sell himself because he may be marketing himself amongst other master's worthy of praise. Both master's may have distinctly unique skills, but because both are not yet unicorns, they must constantly and consistently promote their successes and track record to whoever may be interested in them.
